About the plan change
The plan change seeks to rezone approximately 52 hectares of land at 23-27 & 31 Brigham Creek Road and 13 & 15-19 Spedding Road, Whenuapai from Future Urban Zone to Business – Light Industry Zone and to introduce a new precinct within the Auckland Unitary Plan (Operative in Part) 2016. The plan change also seeks to extend the Stormwater Management Area Flow 1 overlay across the plan change area.
