Property categorisation and resolution in storm affected areas

Following the extreme weather in early 2023, the Governing Body has confirmed we will provide financial support to Category 2P homeowners to help them make the changes necessary to reduce risk to life at their properties. The NZ Government and Auckland Council have also agreed to share the cost of Category 3 property buy-outs.
