Request a bin repair or report a missing bin

To request a bin repair or report a missing bin, complete the form to:

• tell us your bin is damaged, including missing bin parts or damage to the bin body, lid or wheels
• tell us your bin is lost or stolen.

We no longer provide 140L rubbish bins for North Shore, Waitākere or Papakura. We will replace your 140L bin with a standard 120L bin.

Do not use this form to report a damaged or stolen kitchen caddy. We do not repair or replace kitchen caddies.
