Use
Request bin repair or report a missing bin online form if your food scraps bin is damaged or stolen.
You cannot report a damaged or stolen
kitchen caddy - use another item like an ice cream container instead.
Food scraps bin will not fit all my scraps
If your bin is frequently over-full you can request an additional bin at no cost. Phone us on 09 301 0101.
