COVID-19 inorganic collections information

Inorganic collection bookings for mainland Auckland have now re-opened.

A lot of properties weren't able to receive their scheduled collection due to the covid-19 lockdown. To ensure these residents still get their collection as close to the original date as possible, we've had to adjust our remaining collection schedule for all other properties.

That means if you had a collection booked, you need to re-book it so that your property is registered for the new service dates for your area.

We apologise for the inconvenience.

Aotea / Great Barrier Island and Rakino Island inorganics services will be rescheduled for later in the year. We will advise customers in advance of their booking window.

For Waiheke Island properties that missed their booked collection during the service interruption, we will be in touch directly to advise on arrangements.
