In 2020, we appointed an independent panel to review how well our CCOs were working.
The panel has completed its review.
CCOs are separate organisations that are owned by the council and overseen by an independent board of directors.
They were established in 2010. The review of CCO model was to ensure it was working for our city and our people in 2020.
The council group worked together to carry out the recommendations of the CCO review.
Regular updates on progress are provided to the CCO Oversight Committee.
