What the Appointments and Performance Review Committee does

This committee:

• reviews the chief executive’s performance
• appoints staff to council organisations and council-controlled organisations (CCOs)
• monitors the performance of council-controlled organisations (CCOs), council organisations and Port of Auckland Limited.
