About the plan change
This private plan change aims to:
- Rezone 5, 10 and 11 Campana Road, and 467 and 485 Puhinui Road, Papatoetoe from Future Urban to Business – Light Industry
- Modify the existing Puhinui Precinct provisions which apply to 5, 10 and 11 Campana Road, and 467 and 485 Puhinui Road, Papatoetoe in the Auckland Unitary Plan to enable and support proposed Business – Light Industry activities
