FormUnitary Plan submission form
Use this form to make a submission on a notified proposal for a change to the Regional Policy Statement (RPS), plan change or variation (plan change).

For your submission to be valid, you need to include your full name, an email address, or an alternative postal address. Also provide a contact phone number so we can contact you for hearing schedules (where requested).

You can upload up to three supporting documents, to a total of 20MB. Documents must be in PDF format.

Email your full submission to unitaryplan@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz directly if:

• you need to upload more than 3 documents.
• your total files are larger than 20MB.

By taking part in this public submission process your submission will be made public. The information requested on this form is required by the Resource Management Act 1991 as any further submission supporting or opposing this submission is required to be forwarded to you as well as Auckland Council. Your name, address, telephone number, email address, signature (if applicable) and the content of your submission will be made publicly available in Auckland Council documents and on our website.

Please note that your submission (or part of your submission) may be struck out if the authority is satisfied that at least one of the following applies to the submission (or part of the submission):

• It is frivolous or vexatious.
• It discloses no reasonable or relevant case.
• It would be an abuse of the hearing process to allow the submission (or the part) to be taken further.
• It contains offensive language.
• It is supported only by material that purports to be independent expert evidence, but has been prepared by a person who is not independent or who does not have sufficient specialised knowledge or skill to give expert advice on the matter.
• If you could gain an advantage in trade competition through the submission, your right to make a submission may be limited by clause 6 (4) of part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Resouce Management Act.
