Online EFTPOS will be unavailable on the Auckland Council website and myAUCKLAND from 31 October 2025 until mid-2026 while we do essential system upgrades.

Online EFTPOS is one of the safest and easiest ways to pay online.
It is free to use and is one of the most secure payment methods available as you do not need to expose your payment or banking credentials.
1. When you pay your rates online, you can select Online EFTPOS as your payment method.
2. Select your bank and enter your mobile phone number or banking customer number.
3. You will receive a notification in your bank's app requesting confirmation of payment.
4. Approve this request to complete your transaction.
5. Your payment will clear instantly.
