Telephone banking is a service provided by your bank or financial institution. It lets you complete a range of transactions over the phone without needing to visit a bank branch or use an automated teller machine (ATM).
Contact your bank to set up telephone banking.
If you pay by telephone banking on the due date, we will treat the payment as received on time.
Banks have different cut-off times for processing transactions. Pay by the due date to avoid a penalty.
