Rodney Local Park Management Plan

About the Rodney Local Park Management Plan

Rodney’s parks network is one of the largest in Auckland.

The Rodney Local Park Management Plan covers around over 330 parks that extends over approximately 1300 hectares of land.

The plan provides a policy framework that will guide decision-making for these parks over the next 10 years.

It also provides direction on Rodney local park:

  • use
  • protection
  • development.
