At Alert Level 3: Step 1 you can travel throughout Auckland for exercise and recreation outdoors. Our early childhood centres are open for enrolled children only.

Customer-facing facilities like leisure centres, community venues, customer service centres and libraries will remain closed until further notice. Essential services will continue.

Wear a face covering, use the NZ COVID Tracer app, maintain a 2m physical distance, wash your hands, and stay home if you are sick.

Missing property rates bill

What to do if you haven't received a property rates bill

If you have a myAUCKLAND account

  1. Log in to your myAUCKLAND account.
  2. Under the 'My property rates' heading, you will see a 'Go to my property rates' button.
  3. Select the relevant property, then from the drop-down Actions menu, click on the 'Pay rates, view statements and balances' option.
  4. Under the 'Your rates bill' heading, select the 'Download rates bill' button.

If you have not received your rates bill or you want a copy of your rates bill, call us on 09 301 0101 or visit one of our service centres.
