What to do if you have not received a property rates bill

You can use our secure online service, myAuckland, to download your latest or previous rates bill.

Follow these steps:

Log in to your myAUCKLAND account.
Under the 'My property rates' heading, select the 'Go to my property rates' button.
Select the relevant property to view the property account.
Under the 'Your rates bill' heading, select the 'Download rates bills' button.

To use myAUCKLAND, you need to create an account.

Provide your full name, email address and create a password.

It takes less than five minutes to create a myAUCKLAND account.
