COVID-19 Alert Level 3 – Report a problem information
We are experiencing some delays to service due to the COVID-19 alert level.
Some maintenance services are available at Alert Level 3 and we will triage requests and respond to critical incidents where there are safety issues.
All other maintenance work will be scheduled for the future, as such things may take longer than normal. We thank you for your patience.
You can report a suspected COVID-19 isolation breach, or a business breaching the essential services rule on the NZ Police website or by calling NZ Police on 105.

You can now report a maintenance problem online.
We currently deal with problems at:
- community facilities or venues
- beaches or
- roadside or public spaces.
The problem could be a broken park bench, a blocked toilet or an overflowing litter bin. Tell us the details, upload a picture and we will sort it.
