About the notice of requirement
Notice of requirement lodged by New Zealand Transport Agency Waka Kotahi for a designation for a public work, being the State Highway 16 (SH16) corridor along Stanley Street and The Strand from Tennis Lane to Tāmaki Drive.
The purpose of the proposed designation is to construct, operate, maintain, and improve a state highway, cycleway and / or shared path, and associated infrastructure.
