If you are the new owner of a business holding a current outdoor dining licence, you will need to re-apply and change the ownership details. You must tell us within 10 working days of the transfer of ownership.

If you wish to use your outdoor dining area for six months of the year covering the summer months only, you need to pay the rental fees for six months only. You will need to pay the annual licence fee.
