About the path

The perfect destination for children learning to ride bikes, balance bikes and scooters.

The learn-to-ride track at Avondale Central Reserve offers a safe environment to develop new skills, with pretend road markings, a pedestrian crossing, roundabout and challenging obstacles.

There's plenty of seating for spectators, plus free Wi-Fi. Older children can play a match at the outdoor basketball court next to Beginners Path.

A playground and public toilets are near the reserve entrance by Great North Road.
