Sullivan's Bay campground at Mahurangi Regional Park (West)

COVID-19 accommodation information

Baches, lodges and self-contained vehicle sites are open for bookings.

Scheduled winter closures are in place for some campgrounds.

Auckland Council baches remain self-clean spaces. Please clean all utensils, crockery and surfaces on your arrival and departure.

To limit the potential number of contaminated surfaces, we have removed all unnecessary items e.g. books and games, to maintain a high level of hygiene and allow for thorough cleaning of all surfaces. For hygiene reasons all pillows have been removed so please ensure that you bring your own pillows.

This all modes site is the only vehicle-based campground in Mahurangi.

Situated on the east coat overlooking Sullivan's Bay and Maunganui (Casnell Island) in the distance.

It is a great location for swimming, picnics and water sports. Take the Mita Bay Loop Track north or walk south along the Cudlip Point Loop Track.
