Where to find your myAUCKLAND PIN

To add a property, you will need the four-digit PIN and rates assessment number from your most recent rates bill. You will find your myAUCKLAND PIN under the 'Your details' section on your property rates bill.

​If you receive your property rates bill by email

If you receive your rates bill by email, simply click on the PIN provided and all your property information will be automatically loaded.

If you receive your property rates bill by post

If you receive your rates bill by post, to add your property to your account, you must enter both the PIN and assessment number manually when you register for myAUCKLAND.

Why you need myAUCKLAND PIN

  •  Your four-digit PIN is a secure and unique link to your myAUCKLAND account.
  • The PIN does not appear on rates reminder notices or reminder emails. 
  • Your PIN expires each quarter so you must refer to the PIN on your most recent property rates bill.

You should know

You will need your PIN only once to add a property to your myAUCKLAND account - after that you can log directly into your account and view your properties and account transactions online.
