Why you need myAUCKLAND PIN

  •  Your four-digit PIN is a secure and unique link to your myAUCKLAND account.
  • The PIN does not appear on rates reminder notices or reminder emails.
  • Your PIN expires each quarter so you must refer to the PIN on your most recent property rates bill.

You should know

You will need your PIN only once to add a property to your myAUCKLAND account - after that you can log directly into your account and view your properties and account transactions online.
