Submit your annual insurance certificate

All Independent Qualified Professionals (IQPs) are required to submit their annual insurance certificate.

What you need to submit your certificate

To avoid processing delays, make sure:

  • your insurance certificate is current and not expired

  • the certificate includes the company name, type of insurance and period of cover

  • you have adequate cover for work undertaken

  • documents are provided in pdf format and are not locked or password protected.

How to submit your certificate

You can submit your annual insurance certificate by completing our online form on myAUCKLAND. It is free to submit it to us.
