How to change your address or contact details

If you are changing your address or your dog's address, let us know the new details within 14 days of the change to avoid a fine.

You should know

If you are from a rescue organisation and want to update dog information, do not use our online form. Email us at dogregistration@aklc.govt.nz and we can assist you with your request.

If you are moving to Auckland permanently, let your old council know this within six weeks of your move.
