Change your contact details, address, or your dog’s address

​Change your address or contact details

If you are changing your address, contact us with the new details within 14 days of the change and give us the new details to avoid a fine.

You need to let us know:

  • your dog's registration tag number
  • the date when the changes take place from.

How to change your or your dog's address

For dogs registered online (first registration)

If you want to change only your address or your dog’s address, and have registered your dog for the first time through our online services, you can login and update the address on your dashboard.

For dogs registered in other ways

Complete one of the forms on this page, even if you want to change your phone or email address.
