About the plan change
This private plan change seeks to rezone 16.65 hectares of land at 15, 17 and 17A Clarks Lane, and 10, 12, 14 and 16 Sinton Road from Future Urban Zone to a mix of Residential – Mixed Housing Suburban, Residential – Mixed Housing Urban, and Open Space – Informal Recreation Zone and introduce the Stormwater Management Area Flow – 1 overlay. The request also seeks to introduce new precinct provisions.
