About the plan change
This private plan change aims to:
- Rezone part of the land from Special Purpose – Major Recreation Facility to Residential – Mixed Housing Urban, Open Space – Informal Recreation, and Business – Light Industry zones.
- Introduce the ‘Pukekohekohe Gateway Precinct’ to cover part of the rezoned land.
- Amend the existing Pukekohe Park Precinct to reflect the current and future activities that occur, or are planned to occur, at Pukekohe Racecourse.
