When we receive your application we will tell you if there are any health and safety requirements for your event.
Insurance and bonds
You may need to have insurance to protect people and property, depending on the size of your event.
Contact us and ask to speak to an event facilitator for more information.
Paying a bond
You might need to pay a bond if you are holding your event at an Auckland Council venue.
The bond will cover costs of repairing any damage or clean up, if the area is not left in the way it was found.
Your event facilitator will tell you if you need to pay a bond.
