Privacy of your rates information

Who we give rates information to

We will give rates information only to property owners listed on the rates account.

The only exceptions are:

  • A solicitor acting on property owners' behalf in any property financial transaction, for example:
    • property transfer
    • sale of property
    • refinance.
  • A property manager working on property owners' behalf, as long as we have received the relevant documents (the property management authority contract).
  • A person with Power of Attorney (POA) or written permission to discuss information on the account. In this instance, we must have a copy of the POA or written permission on the account. If we don't have a copy of POA, we will not give out any information.
  • A company representative (if the property is owned by a company).
