We are performing maintenance work on some online functions between:

• 2pm to 4pm on Saturday 11 May, and
• 6am to 5pm on Sunday 12 May.

These online functions will be unavailable during these times:

• rates payments, direct debit applications and requests for rates bills by email
• dog registration renewals
• infringement payments
• ordering LIMs and property files
• consent and licence applications
• park accommodation bookings
• sports field bookings
• inspection bookings
• bin requests.

These online mapping services will not be available between 6pm - 10pm on Tuesday 14 May 2024 due to scheduled maintenance:

• Unitary Plan Viewer
• Auckland Plan On-line Maps
• Auckland Emergency Management Hazards Viewer
• Auckland Paths On-line Maps
• Cemeteries Viewer
