Apply to amend a compliance schedule

When you should apply to amend a compliance schedule

Apply for an amendment to the existing compliance schedule if you want to:

  • upgrade the specified systems
  • change the systems' use
  • do alterations that may also require a building consent.

Application is lodged as part of regulatory Building Warrant of Fitness (BWoF) process when recommended by an Independent Qualified Person (IQP), the owner or us.

How to apply for an amendment

We only accept online applications to amend a compliance schedule. If you are unable to apply digitally, visit one of our service centres for assistance in making your online application.

If there is no way to provide digital copies of your plans or documents, visit one of our service centres. Our staff will accept your documents for an additional charge. The charge covers costs involved with us scanning your documents into our digital consent system.
