Apply to amend a compliance schedule

When you should apply to amend a compliance schedule

Apply for an amendment to the existing compliance schedule if you want to:

  • upgrade the specified systems
  • change the systems' use
  • do alterations that may also require a building consent.

Application is lodged as part of regulatory Building Warrant of Fitness (BWoF) process when recommended by an Independent Qualified Person (IQP), the owner or us.

How to apply for an amendment

Send the completed AC2109 Application for an amendment to a compliance schedule form and your cheque payment to:

​Bring the completed AC2109 Application for an amendment to a compliance schedule form to a service centre closest to you and pay by:

  • cash
  • cheque
  • Eftpos
  • MasterCard or Visa (a convenience fee of 1.75 per cent of your payment amount applies).
