How to renew your current IQP registration
In person
Bring the completed Independent Qualified Person (IQP) - Application for Registration form, all supporting documentation (see the checklist on the form) to your local service centre.
No payment is required at this stage - you will be invoiced once the application has been
approved.
By post
Send the completed Independent Qualified Person (IQP) - Application for Registration form, all supporting documentation (see the checklist on the form) to:

Fixed fees are non-refundable and no additional charges will apply.
Independent Qualified Person invoices are issued upon submission of the application and these fees are fixed.
