If the volume of water and its proposed use fall below the threshold of a resource consent, you can apply for the Notice of permitted activity to take, use or dam water. Download and complete the form.

If you are unable to apply digitally, visit one of our
service centres for assistance in making your online application.

Our staff will accept your documents for an additional charge. The charge covers costs involved with us scanning your documents into our digital consent system.
