What you need to let us know
You need to let us know if you:
- currently own a registered dog and you plan to give it away or sell it
- are taking over the ownership of a registered dog.
The existing owner and new owner have to sign the form.
It will take 5-10 working days to process the changes.
How to change dog ownership details
By post
Complete the Dog owner change of ownership form signed by both owners.
Post it to:
