Discount for Responsible Dog Owner Licence (RDOL) holders

RDOL holders can get a discount on their dog registration fee.

• If you are an existing RDOL holder, you can get the discount by renewing your dog registration on or before 1 August.
• If you do not have an RDOL and want the discount for the upcoming registration period, you will need to apply for an RDOL before June.
• The discount will apply to the next registration year.
• If you have recently moved to Auckland, we accept an RDOL or equivalent from any other New Zealand local authority.
