We would like the following information:
- the type of property the graffiti vandalism is on e.g. residential, small business, public/Auckland Council property
- the property address affected
- photo(s)* of the graffiti vandalism as well as the surrounding area (optional)
- a description of what has been vandalised e.g. fence, wall, front of building, garage door/roller door, other
- if the vandalised surface is painted
- type of surface e.g. wood, brick, block, combination, other
- if the graffiti vandalism can be easily seen from the road side or footpath
- location of the grafitti vandalism e.g. ground floor, first floor, higher
- any other comments to help locate the graffiti vandalism or identify the offenders (optional)
- if you are the owner of the property or not
- your contact details
