Food business sites - Codes of practice

Wāhi pakihi hoko kai – Ōna tikanga ā-mahi

Food business sites must meet building and structural requirements of the Building Act 2004 and the relevant building codes. If you operate a Food Control Plan or a National Programme, you must meet the requirements of Food Regulations and Notices 2015.
