About the plan change

The plan change aims to rezone properties at 144, 152, 158, 180 and 252 Park Estate Road, Hingaia and make changes to the Hingaia 1 Precinct provisions.  The rezoning relates to changing the zone of land from Residential Mixed Housing Suburban zone to Residential Mixed Housing Urban zone and a relocation a Business Neighbourhood Centre zone in the Auckland Unitary Plan (Operative in Part) 2016.
