About the plan change

This private plan change aims to remove the split zoning by rezoning the rear portion zoned Business Light Industry to Residential Mixed Housing Suburban Zone (18% of the total site area) to align the zoning with the intended residential use; and to apply a precinct to satisfy the Resource Management Act 1991 which requires Medium Density Residential Standards (MDRS) to apply to all residential zones.
