About the plan change
This private plan change aims to rezone approximately 28 hectares of land forming part of the former McLaughlin's Quarry (located in the Wiri industrial area) from Quarry Zone to a mixture of Heavy Industry, Light Industry and Open Space Zones; introduce a new Wiri Precinct; and amend the boundaries of the Outstanding Natural Features Overlay and Significant Ecological Area Overlay applied to the site at 79 McLaughlin's Road (Wiri).
