How we value these buildings
These buildings fall into two categories:
- buildings where we have received specific information about weathertightness defects
- buildings that have been constructed and designed in a way commonly associated with homes with weathertightness issues.
We value buildings on a case by case basis.
We consider:
- sales evidence
- property information
- costs to rectify.
