Property weathertightness revaluations

How we value these buildings

These buildings fall into two categories:

  • buildings where we have received specific information about weathertightness defects
  • buildings that have been constructed and designed in a way commonly associated with homes with weathertightness issues.

We value buildings on a case by case basis.

We consider:

  • sales evidence
  • property information
  • costs to rectify.
