If you have agreed to receive both your rates bill and property valuation by email, you cannot cancel just one of these services.

​Contact us on 09 301 0101 and ask to cancel receiving your property rates and valuation notices by email.

 By email

Send an email to enquiry@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz and include:

  • your name
  • property address
  • your contact number
  • the email address your rates notices are being sent to.  

​What happens next

 It will take up to five working days to cancel your sign-up to receive your property rates and valuation notices by email.

Consider this if you are intending to cancel your sign-up during a billing period.
