Phone us on 09 301 0101 or email enquiry@aklc.govt.nz at any time to cancel a request for bin exchange.
Household bin removals, exchanges or minor repairs will continue at this time but with physical distancing.

Not all bin sizes are available in all areas. We are working to standardise this service.
Check your email or texts for messages about bin delivery or when to put your empty bin out for us to collect.
To help us process your request faster, you can provide your bin serial number - if known.
You will receive a response within seven working days on the progress of your bin request.
If you're renting in Manukau or Central, you need to contact your landlord or property manager and ask them to request a different size rubbish bin on your behalf. Only the ratepayer for the property can request a change to your rubbish bin size.
