We are standardising our rubbish services across the region. During April there will changes to collection times in commercial areas for North Shore and Waitākere. Over the next six months we will add more information to this page, including:

- how rates-funded rubbish and recycling will work
- how to use your current rubbish tags
- waste collection for units and apartments
- what to do if you are moving to our services from a private collection company.
