Citizens Insights Monitor

About the Citizen Insights Monitor (CIM)

The CIM measures level of trust and confidence in Auckland Council. The data is gathered continuously throughout the year via an online survey of 3000 Aucklanders aged 15 and over, and is representative of all regions, ethnicities, age groups and genders.

Along with other citizen, customer and business research, this monitor shows us what matters to Aucklanders. Understanding what matters to Aucklanders informs the priorities in our wider performance plan and the trust-building initiatives in all our business plans. These insights will continue to inform operational decision-making and prioritisation.
