If you are an approved producer statement author and you need to perform high-risk work, you must apply to get approval from us.

​How to register to perform high-risk work

Email your completed application forms and supporting documents to:

Registration as a producer statement author$750
Renewal of registration (3 yearly)$250
Register as a high-risk producer statement author$250

Fixed fees are non-refundable and no additional charges will apply.

Producer statement author invoices are issued upon submission of the application and these fees are fixed. ​

What happens next

It takes approximately 30 working days to evaluate the application. We will let you know the decision by email and post.

Our tip

Once we approve your registration, you have to:
  • renew your registration every three years
  • provide a three-year professional development log with your renewal application
  • provide annually your current insurance details to keep your authorship active.
