Notify us of your intention to start work
Please read the conditions of your resource consent carefully so that you understand what is required before you start work.
Some conditions may require you to collect documentation as you go, for example a surveyor's certificate at framing stage to demonstrate that a building is in the right place.
There are several ways for resource consent holders to notifying us of their intention to start work:
