The provision of 12 transportable dwellings within the subject site for use as emergency housing for a period of 15 years (being a relocation of the activity currently located on 36 and 40 and 46 Valerie Close and 711 and 1723 Pohuehue Road) along with vehicular access, parking and manoeuvring arrangements, associated earthworks, including within a riparian margin, vegetation removal and the on-site discharge of wastewater.
