One annual fee applies. Health licence fees are non-refundable and are not pro-rated.

Single high risk service - A single service which is categorised as piercing the skin e.g. acupuncture, body piercing , derma rolling, electrolysis, extractions, red vein treatment, stamping, tattooing or traditional tattooing.	$423
Multiple high risk services - More than one service which is categorised as piercing the skin e.g. acupuncture, body piercing , derma rolling, electrolysis, extractions, red vein treatment, stamping, tattooing or traditional tattooing.	$423

Our tip

We issue health protection licences to individuals, not businesses. These licences cannot be transferred. If you buy an existing business, you must apply for a new licence.
