Pay your property rates in person

Pay your property rates at one of our service centres

You can pay your property rates by cash, cheque, Eftpos, MasterCard or Visa at one of our customer service centres.

There is a 1.75 per cent surcharge for credit card payments.

Pay your property rates at PostShop/Kiwibank

Pay your rates by cash, cheque or Eftpos at PostShop/Kiwibank.

Take your rates invoice with you. The barcode on the invoice is used to allocate your payment correctly.

For cheque payments over $250, you will need:

  • photo ID details
  • residential address
  • contact phone number
  • rates invoice (we need to scan the barcode).

Find your nearest PostShop where you can pay your rates bill.
