COVID-19 Alert Level 2 – Accommodation information
Holiday parks and the Waiheke Backpackers Hostel are open for bookings with COVID-19 alert level measures and protocols in place.
Baches, campgrounds and lodges are open from 10am Monday 8 March 2021.
We will be reinstating our standard cancellation and amendment rules under Alert Level 2. Customers wishing to cancel or amend can do so online via their MyAuckland accounts.
Customers who have not started their planned stay over Alert Level 3 (28 Feb-6 Mar 2021 inclusive) that have not amended or cancelled these bookings will require a manual refund for the nights affected, and we will advise if details are required.

With nothing between you and stunning views overlooking Whangateau Harbour our waterfront sites are the ideal place to pitch your tent or park your motorhome or caravan.
Get close to nature, sit back, relax and unwind. Walk straight down onto the beach and enjoy safe swimming and water sports.
Guests have full use of all park facilities including toilets, showers, communal kitchen, barbecue area, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi (purchase from reception) playground, communal TV and dining room with Freeview and camp library. Pedal carts, kayaks and standup paddleboards are available for hire.

Directions and access
Check in at reception from 2pm to 8pm and we will give you directions to your accommodation or site.
Security gates at the entrance and exit are open from 6.30am to 10pm daily. Contact the office in advance if you think you will arrive afterhours.

Amenities
Water
No running water at site. Running water in communal guest facilities.
Power supply
Powered site. A 16amp caravan lead is required. We have camping powered leads for hire for $10 per night from reception.
Kitchen facilities
Guests provide own cooking utensils. Communal kitchen has cooktops, microwaves, fridges, freezers, toasters, continuous boiling water and washing up facilities.A large communal barbecue area with gas and charcoal barbecues is provided for use at no charge.
Toilets and bathrooms
Guests have full use of the park facilities including hair dryers in men's and women's bathrooms, parents room with baby bath, changing table and junior toilet in the accommodation block, and a wheelchair accessible family shower and toilet.
Rules
Animals
Dogs, other animals and pets are prohibited at all times.
Cleaning
You must keep your site clean and tidy during your stay, and when you leave.
Rubbish
Dispose of rubbish and recycling in the bins within the holiday park.
Overnight vehicles and tents
Guests can park one vehicle on their site or next to their accommodation.
Any additional vehicles can be parked in the visitors car park at the park entrance.
Boat and trailer parking inside the holiday park is available at $10 per night.
Fires
Fires prohibited at all times.
