This Notice of Requirement is for a proposed educational facilities to enable the Requiring Authority to enable the establishment of a new primary school catering for school age children from Year 0 to Year 6 (contributing primary school), as well as a new Early Childhood Education Centre (ECE) catering for preschool children.
