Our Storm Recovery Office Navigators provide a free and confidential service to help people recover from the 2023 weather events.

Helplines

Phone or text Need to Talk? on 1737 for help with anxiety or mental health after an extreme weather event.

Trained counsellors are available for free, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Workshops

Free workshops are available for managing stress, emotions and addiction after the extreme weather events. These workshops offer in-person and online sessions.
