Change of ownership or renewing an outdoor dining licence

If you are the new owner of a business with a current outdoor dining licence, you will need to change the ownership details.

You must tell us within 10 working days of the transfer of ownership.

Renewing an outdoor dining licence

An outdoor dining licence needs to be renewed annually if you want to continue to have customers eating or drinking on the footpath or public space outside your venue.
